A lot of buyers were planning to buy property in pull paar, the area that is beyond Mahamaya Flyover in Greater Noida, but now the trend might see a reverse in near future. The reason being that Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) has decided to hike the prices of properties in the area. Therefore, Noida with plenty of options seems to a better option than Greater Noida.

India is a good option for investment as capital growth is good. However return on investment is very poor and not that secure when compared to western countries
