How do I search for a property to buy?
1.Select the streams from the top of the page for type of property you would like to search for
2.Click on the map or Select a state to begin your search.
3.Fill the criteria for your search on the advance search
4.Click the Search button to start your search.
Your search is now displayed.
How can I view complete details of a property I am interested in?
1.Click on the link “Click to Read More »”
2.You will now be directed to the property main page where complete details can be viewed.
I've found what I'm looking for. How do I arrange to see it?
Click the "Agent/ Contact” logo " link on the top right hand side of the Property Search Results screen . The agent page with complete agent information would open up, you can now contact the agent and make an appointment to see the property..
Why can’t I find any properties when I do a search?
There are no listings for sale/ Lease in that area.
What is “Property in Demand” ?
If you are not able to find a property we can help you find it, simply fill your contact details and list what you are looking for in the online submit form, your listing would be posted on the “Property in Demand” section where the Real Estate Agents and builders can search them for you and contact you directly.
How do I find a list of agents in my search area?
1. Click the "Agent/ Builder locator" Tab under “Resources and Info” section on the left panel of the page.
2. Select the state for your search from the map.
3. Click the Find Agent button to start your search. Your search is now displayed.
4. Click the agent name or logo or visit the agent site of your choice
