Transfer:

In the transfer of any entrusted the seller should have good title to the property and shall receive reasonable compensation as consideration for sale from the purchaser depending upon the prevailing market value.

Requirements INDIVIDUAL:
  • There should be a vendor and a vendee being competent to execute the deed in law.
  • There should be property free from encumbrances and of good title.
Requirements COMPANY:
  • There should be a purchaser of the property.
  • The seller(Director) who is interested with the selling of the property should be competent to execute the deed in law.
  • There should be a transfer of property of the company.
  • There should be property free from encumbrances and of good title.
Requirement Society:
  • Society should be registered.
  • Execution of the property of the society shall be between its secretary and its members.
  • There should be transfer of society’s property and delivery of possession of the property concerned.
  • There should be property free from encumbrances and of good title.
